snowflake_challenge Day Two (I know, day 6 yesterday and day eight earlier, but this is how I'm rolling!) - rec fanworks created by other people
I read and explore a lot of fandoms but I'll go with my most prolific: Legend of the Seeker.

hrhrionastar's honeyverse series is lovely so it's hard for me to choose a favourite from that series, consider it a rec for the whole thing. For individual fills I'll rec
The We Hate Kahlan Club a very funny parody with Everyone/Kahlan, Everyone Else/Richard
The Unraveling, or the Perils of Powerful Magic which is an amazing Zedd/Cara, "Unbroken" AU. (Riona, if you're reading, I got a nice review on "Mord'Sith Don't Read" over at FF.net from someone who was amazed and thrilled to find Zara fic. I pointed them to AO3 as well, so if you've things to upload there still, I'd do it!)
pristineungift's epic Darken-centric
Blood from a Stone is amazing. Two one-shot cracky crossover/fusion fics I also love are: The Matrimony Plot a Sherlock Holmes (Robert Downey Jnr incarnation) fusion where Darken is Sherlock and Richard is Watson; Beefcake Brothers a Zoolander inspired parody in which Darken and Richard are really really goodlooking and Richard likes boobies.
brontefanatic's Forbidden Fruit is marvellous Darken/Denna fic, while Reluctant Herald is a take on A Chistmas Carol with Darken has to confront his past, present and possible future in the presence of reluctant messenger Sister Verna.
I could rec a hundred, a thousand fics across multiple fandoms, without even touching on graphics, but I do try and rec fanworks throughout the year (and this year I want to do more of this)- I have the following tags I use:

I'm thrilled there's someone else out there who's a fan of Zara fic (and isn't that just the most wonderful compound ship name? So many of them are awful). I've uploaded basically everything to AO3 already, though.
