Wow, this is really, really good and very intense. You really captured Riario's obsession here, him turning his fixation on Leo instead of other desires. I love how you portray him very single-minded on protecting Leo because that feels extremely in-character, especially how Riario is letting himself go in order to protect Leo. Dear Vanessa, I really love her for her courage and common sense here. This is very well-written and terribly sad, but I have faith that Leo will be better. Right? Please? :
