Thank you for this important reminder! I lurked for so many years in fandoms, and I feel guilty for never letting those writers and artists know how much I appreciated them. Now I do try to reach out and at least say "I love it" even if I can't explain all the why. And I read that DVD fic the other week and surprisingly enjoyed it! I need more tough priest!Riario although that makes me feel skeezy for feeling ~things~ about him.
